The BANG setting reacts to the blue content of each pixel and acts like a polarizer deepening the sky and water.

It also gives greater depth to trees than either red or orange would do. Red and Orange color filter settings are available when you need a less dramatic contrast.

It has the histogram function to allow you to see if you are about the clip the highlights. And it works on 8 bit and 16 bit images and on the new 16 bit layers supported by Photoshop CS. Click here to see more examples
